Why? Because we store and force dry our round wood timber in numerous UK depots, allowing it to dry in uncontaminated stores. From there it can be chipped and screened to your specification when you need it. And as we have depots across the UK mainland, so we can promise to keep, not only travel costs to a minimum but also our carbon footprint as low as possible too. ‘Walking Floor' Trailers

Delivery of Afterwood’s Dry Wood Chip is done using ‘walking floor’ trailers - the largest vehicles in our fleet. We are able to carry up to 20 tonnes of dry wood chip in one load and deliver from whichever, depot is nearest to you, reducing the impact on the environment whilst at the same time saving you money on transport and mileage costs.

We don’t have restrictions on the amount of dry wood chip we can provide due to our logistical structure, so whatever you need just give us a call on 01522 703647, and we can organise a personalised delivery for you.

Like, our wood pellets, dry wood chip has a wide variety of uses and proves to be extremely versatile in a number of different markets. From domestic to commercial boilers, it can also be used for chipboard manufacture and animal bedding just as successfully.

Dry Wood Chip is especially popular with schools and can be delivered onsite to your schedule. We understand that timing is everything with schools so, we take time and effort to liaise carefully with right people, to get your wood chip there!
