Afterwood’s fresh wood chip is used primarily in the industrial sector and large commercial systems. With current customers ranging from power stations to CHP plants and chipboard manufacturers. We currently supply in excess of 100,000 cubic metres of fresh and dry wood chip throughout the UK and Europe.

This does not mean however, that fresh wood chip is limited to these applications alone. If for instance you have a large boiler installation, which, burns on fresh wood chip, then we can easily supply you the all the raw materials that you require, professionally, efficiently and at the best possible price.

Afterwood’s fresh wood chip is supplied in bulk and we’re able to deliver large quantities in a relatively small time-scale due to the location of our depots and our reliable supply of wood.

‘Walking Floor’ Trailer and Bulk Supply

Delivery of fresh wood chip is done using our articulated ‘walking floor’ trailers. We can transport up to 26 tonnes of fresh wood chip in one load alone and with access to multiple vehicles, no job is too big or too small!

Applications

Afterwood’s fresh wood chip is especially popular with larger boiler systems and industrial solutions. It too however, can be used for other applications such as animal bedding and ground covering - it is a great solution for equestrian centres and farmed animals.
