Boiler Servicing

To ensure you comply with the requirements as set out under the RHI scheme you will need to have your boiler service annually as a minimum requirement. The RHI will provide payments on heat generated over a period of 20 years and to maximise the efficiency, operation and performance of your biomass boiler. On larger commercial installations Afterwood have partnered with the UK’s leading biomass service company providing national coverage from its team of UK based service engineers.

Our partners Myriad have been installing and servicing biomass boilers since 2002 and have over 1500 systems installed. Operating a network of 16 service engineers across the UK, we are able to provide tailored service and maintenance packages to a wide range of biomass installations offering a cost effective, professional and reliable service. By using Myriad they provide over 15 years’ experience in the biomass industry, being the leading biomass installer, service provider and maintenance partner of choice.

Through Myriad, Afterwood have access to their in-house technical and customer support teams available 24/7, 365 days a year, supporting our customers. In addition to their service capabilities their in house capabilities includes the repair, upgrade and refurbishment works together with the provision of online spares ordering.

If you are looking to upgrade or add additional biomass capacity we can provide turn key, project works for fuel feed systems, fuel storage boilers and heating circuits for example as well as spares provision for most makes and models of boiler assets.

LOCATION OF SERVICE ENGINEERS
With Myriad we have access to 16 service engineers located across the UK who are highly experienced in servicing a wide range of boiler makes / models. As a result of Myriad’s formal and in house training, we can provide both a National and Regional service role across the England and Wales. Fuel Store Management

We can provide a fuel store management system without the need to install additional sensors to the store. The system works by using data collected from the heat meters and calculating the fuel usage based on known parameters. Benefits of our system are;

  • Graphic representation of your daily usage
  • Quickly view your fuel level as a percentage of fuel remaining
  • Predict the amount of fuel left in your store by calculating the average usage
  • Set alarms to notify you via text of email when your fuel store reaches a pre-selected level.
